专家简介：陈焕阳，2009年9月起任苏州大学物理科学与技术学院特聘教授、博士生导师，建立了变换光学与特异介质研究团队。2011年博士学位论文入选全国百篇优秀博士论文，2012年获材料科学领域“青年科学之星”称号，2013年获国家自然科学基金优秀青年科学基金项目，2014年获江苏省科技进步二等奖。迄今为止，在《Nature Materials》、《Nature Communications》、《Physics Review Letters》等国际著名期刊发表学术论文逾60篇，其中PRL5篇，被引用超过3000次，最高单篇被引用超过300次。其研究成果曾多次《Nature》和《Science》等科学杂志报道或转载，其中关于声学隐形的研究成果入选欧洲物理学会评选的2008年度物理学重大进展。担任《Scientific Reports》编委，《Nature Materials》、《Nature Communications》和《Physics Review Letters》等期刊审稿人。

报告摘要：Transformation optics is a new topic that enables us to design various kinds of novel devices, such as invisibility cloaks. We have contributed several pieces of interesting work in this field, such as designed and fabricated field rotators and concentrators, proposed the concept of illusion optics, including super-scatterer, cloak at a distance, etc. In addition, we brought up the concept of transformation acoustics and acoustic cloaking, which was selected as one of "the best of 2008" by the Institute of Physics (IOP).
